| Dispatch,
Due to the number of miles traveled during the Digwitch contract, we request all company vehicles to Bismarck ASAP. Contact us with an arrival date and Maintenance will switch to 24 hour operations for the duration.
Also, any O/O that would like service at this time may come to Bismarck as well. Service costs will be calculated on an hourly rate + parts. All bills will be submitted to the drivers when service is complete.

| To all drivers:
Due to a recall issue with the caterpillar c series turbocharger, all trucks will be kept in maintenance until further notice. we are expecting delivery's of the turbos on 22 March 2009.
We have i8600 daycabs as backup trucks until your trucks are repaired. The skin is available on filefront.
Retro, there is a slow leak in the air system in your truck, which we have not found yet. Also we are waiting on new brake shoes and maxi cans for your truck and trailer. Might be a warranty issue but we will let you know.

| All company trucks are released from service. Caterpillar overnighted the turbos and my guys worked all night getting them ready.
Retro,
We found the air leak. The air line for your trailer connection had a slow leak. We also replaced all 4 shoes and the 4 Air Bags on your trailer. You also have a new airbags on the trailer. None of the parts were covered under warranty as they are all listed as "wear and tear" items. The brake drums were warped beyond the ability to turn them on the brake lathe and hard "hard spots" on them. This is caused by getting a lubricant inside the drum, and with the heat of the braking the lubricant hardens the spots of the drum it is on. Im sure you picked up that lubricant somewhere on the digwitch construction site. Please be more careful. Your truck is now approved by the DOT as well.
Haldex Brake shoes 129.95 ea x 4= $519.80
Gunite Brake Drums 99.95 ea x 4= $399.80
Good Year Air bags 64.95 x 4=$259.80
Coiled Emergency/Service Air Hose Set $66.95
Labor7.5 hours at $125.00 per hr= $937.50
DOT certification fee= $500.00
Total= $2683.85

Truck looks ok. Oil change, brakes are good, no leaks that we can see. Probably got another 5000 on those truck tires but you are all set to return to your route.
